At Kwantum Advisory, we believe that developing future talent is just as important as delivering exceptional client outcomes.
This year marks two years of partnership with the Toronto District School Board (TDSB) through its co-op program—and we’re proud to continue building on that momentum.
Over the past two years, we’ve had the opportunity to work with more than seven students, providing them with hands-on exposure to real-world accounting, finance, and advisory work in a fully remote environment.
Today, we’re excited to welcome two new students into the program (starting February 23), continuing our commitment to mentorship and experiential learning.
Our collaboration with TDSB goes beyond traditional co-op placements. We’ve designed the experience to reflect how modern finance teams operate:
As a result, Kwantum has become one of the highest-ranked co-op placements within the program.
We view this initiative as an investment—not just in students, but in the broader Canadian business ecosystem.
By equipping students with practical skills early in their careers, we’re helping shape a new generation of professionals who are adaptable, tech-savvy, and ready to contribute from day one.

"Kwantum Advisory was the TDSB's first virtual central co-op placement for accounting, and it hasbeen a resounding success. Over the past 15 weeks, Wilson and his team have been outstanding CPAmentors to the TDSB accounting students. It’s been incredible to see how much the students havegrown and learned under their guidance and leadership. I am deeply grateful for their dedication todeveloping TDSB students who are passionate about the accounting field and the CPA designation.Kwantum has shown that virtual co-op placements can be both meaningful and highly effective.
