Wilson is an experienced business leader with over a decade of experience in deals, and financial advisory typically advising in a senior management capacity. In the past two years, he specialized in Fractional CFO and interim Management services assisting companies through growth, expansion, and strategic turnarounds. He is also an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at MaRS Discovery District, providing financial advisory and guidance to cutting edge, high growth technology companies.

Wilson was also former Vice President in PwC’s Deals practice, and has led many financial advisory, interim management, and sell-side corporate finance engagements in industries ranging from healthcare, high-tech, blockchain, real estate, retail and e-commerce, and in all sizes from $1.0 million to $5.4 billion in enterprise value.

Joy is an experienced business professional with over a decade of experience in financial planning, operational accounting, internal controls and data analytics.

Prior to joining KAI, she provided financial and accounting support to companies in industry sectors including technology, SAAS, licensed cannabis producers, manufacturing and CPG supply chain. Joy worked on ERP transitions and IFRS conversions with respect to planning and executing on procedures and ensuring that deadlines are met.

Her wealth of experience allows her to execute and deliver on financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and all things accounting to KAI’s clients.

An early stage, digital mental health company with operations in Canada and USA.

Assisted the Company in the capacity as Fractional CFO:
- built the Company's 3-statement, 3 year monthly, financial model that withstood lender and investor due diligence;
- prepared the Company's virtual dataroom and responded to lender and investor due diligence requests;
- successfully raised over $1.5 million from BDC Ventures; SOFII; and Morgan Stanley;
- negotiated the MSA and SOW with the Company's flagship customer generating significant annual recurring revenue in the millions;
